Meet The Team
Petter Bjornstad is an international executive with over 30 years of experience in startups across Europe and the US. He is a strategic relationship builder who has conducted high-level business across the entire value chain in multiple industries. Petter has been instrumental in creating and growing businesses from incorporation to commercialization and listing as a public company. His experience as a CEO includes designing and implementing operational infrastructures, raising capital for acquisitions and organic growth, and making market presentations.
In the past six years, Petter has focused on the life sciences sector. He is a co-founder and chairman of the pharmaceutical companies InsuLife AS (Norway) and Crinexa Inc. (US)
Petter is a dual Norwegian-American citizen based in Florida.
Stephen Moosbrugger is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience at Ernst & Young, specializing in management, operational efficiency, and profitability improvement across international markets. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in London, Moscow, South America, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Middle East, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing business performance.
Recognized for his expertise in driving profitability and operational transformation, Stephen has been called upon to address complex challenges within country-specific practices, implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and financial performance. In recent years, he has focused on business transformation, helping organizations restructure their operations to align with evolving client needs and concentrate on high-value services.
Stephen is based in New York, Miami and Doha (Qatar)
Jeffrey M. Nick is a seasoned technology executive and industry thought leader with an accomplished career spanning 35+ years at the forefront of large scale computer systems and emerging technologies.
Since retiring from the corporate world, Jeff has selectively served as advisor to technology start-ups, most recently guiding an IT start-up to a very successful $230M acquisition.
Jeff previously served as Corporate Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at EMC Corporation (a $60B IT company) where he led global research and advanced platform strategy including hybrid cloud and big data analytics.
Jeff started his career in IT at IBM, where he held a range of senior technical leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer of IBM’s Large Systems Group and Vice President of “On Demand” computing - IBM's early foray into what is now called Cloud Computing. For his many career accomplishments Jeff was awarded the prestigious title of IBM Fellow, the company’s highest technical honor, reserved for individuals whose work has fundamentally advanced computer technology.
Notable career achievements included the design and leadership of IBM'sParallel Sysplex data-sharing technology, which enabled the multi-billion dollar commercial metamorphosis of IBM's flagship Mainframe platform from single-system bipolar technology to clustered CMOS systems.
Jeff currently holds more than 100 U.S. patents in computer systems technology.
Jeff is based in New York and Boca Raton, Florida.
Karen Quinn is a seasoned pharmaceutical regulatory affairs executive with more than 35 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including over 20 years in senior global regulatory leadership roles. She has a PhD in Analytical Medicinal Chemistry and currently serves as Chief Regulatory Officer at InsuLife AS.
Her career includes senior regulatory and CMC strategy positions at Takeda, Wyeth, Millennium, Solvay, Procter & Gamble, and Dow Pharmaceuticals, as well as consulting leadership through Pharmaceutical CMC Consulting, LLC.
Karen is widely respected for her strategic governance, ability to navigate multinational regulatory frameworks, and oversight of global submissions and approvals.
Karen is based in South Florida.
Harry is a highly experienced finance executive with over 35 years of expertise in Engineering, Banking, Data Analytics, Insurance, and Consulting across Puerto Rico, the United States, Latin America, and Asia. He has accumulated over 18 years of global banking experience with prestigious institutions such as Citibank and Santander. Additionally, Harry has spent 8 years in C-suite roles, working for private-equity controlled financial institutions in Indonesia, and has served as the Chief Financial Officer for an Insure-Tech startup in Florida.
Currently, Harry is engaged by a leading consulting firm that specializes in supporting small financial institutions operating in Puerto Rico.
He holds a license as a Professional Engineer in Puerto Rico (inactive) and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as an MBA in Finance/Accounting from the University of Rochester-Simon.
Harry is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Greg Cash has over 45 years of business experience and began his career at Medtronic, where he spent 14+ years in sales and marketing, followed by nearly five years at Boston Scientific. He transitioned into general management at US Surgical and has been CEO of several life sciences companies, both public and privately held.
Greg’s consulting assignments have ranged broadly from market research projects to interim CEO duties in the following domains: animal health, biomaterials, cardiac electrophysiology, cardiopulmonary, critical care, general and vascular surgery, endovascular interventions, interventional cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, stroke, structural heart, sudden cardiac arrest and trans catheter heart valves. He has had clients in Asia, Europe and the US.
Greg has lived and worked as an expatriate in London, England, Hong Kong, Paris, France as well as Milan, Italy and speaks French, German and Italian.
He resides in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
Patric holds over 11 years of scientific research experience, characterized by his data-driven and detail-oriented approach to dissecting complex scientific phenomena into comprehensible components. As a published neuroscientist, he possesses the expertise to conceptualize experimental ideas, accelerate their development towards publication and commercialization.
Patric’s educational background includes two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Cognitive Science from The Johns Hopkins University. He subsequently earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience from The University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Medicine.
Patric is currently based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Andrew Martineau is a visionary strategist, creative leader, and social impact advocate whose career bridges business, art, and community development. As Senior Advisor at AtlanticX, he brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial rigor, cultural fluency, and a deep commitment to transforming spaces and ideas into catalysts for positive change.
Throughout his career, Andrew has been guided by a philosophy of “creative altruism,” using creativity and business strategy to generate meaningful impact. He is widely recognized for developing innovative models that activate underused spaces, empower emerging voices, and drive sustainable growth in communities that are often overlooked. His approach integrates bold vision with disciplined execution, aligning creativity with purpose to achieve measurable results.

Maria boasts over 25 years of expertise in sales, consulting, and management, delivering outstanding results and customer satisfaction. She has an extensive background with multinational technology and services firms like IBM, Wipro, Microsoft, and Accenture. Maria is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and holds certification in Microsoft's E-Cornell Core Leadership. She excels in turning around accounts and building lasting relationships across industries.
Her core competencies include cross-cultural communication, customer relationship management (CRM), strategy, and technology sales. Maria has a proven track record of motivating and coordinating teams in diverse markets such as the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. She is a trusted partner and advisor, gaining the confidence of stakeholders at every level, from frontline staff to senior executives.
Her current mission is to drive sales excellence and strategy at Microsoft, helping internal clients achieve their goals.
Maria holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. She resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
